Ordering Information
All Orders are Shipped in a Silver Foil Box
All jewelry is shipped in a special silver foil box. You may request
that gifts be mailed to a separate address. You may also request that
a card be included when sending as a gift. Simply put the instructions
on your order form.
Submitting Your Order
You can place your order several ways:

your order to Lantana Designwear.

Print out the form available through the shopping cart and mail it to the
address at the bottom of this page. Note: This is the slowest way to order
because of the process to verify funds.
Note: We do not ship to Nigeria under any circumstances. We can only
accept payment for the exact amount of purchase. We will not accept
a check for over the amount and send the remainder to you.
Shipping and Handling
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (in most cases it is mailed same
day) of receipt and be shipped using USPS. It usually takes
3-4 business days from the day of shipping.

For shipping charges outside the United States, please
contact us.
Guarantee
All of our jewelry has a 90 day guarantee. If you don't absolutely love your
purchase, return it in its original condition for a full refund, minus shipping
charges. We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry. Note:
you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Custom Orders
Payment is due in full at time order is placed for each custom
order. Custom items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. If we become
backordered, we will call you. No return or exchanges on custom
orders. -- This is an item that you designed and requested that we
make for you. This may not be a design that our clients would
purchase from us, therefore we are not able to refund the money.
Repairs
We will make one FREE repair to your jewelry within 90 days of purchase. This
does not include the cost of any lost components. Please contact us to make
arrangements for the repair prior to shipping.

We do not sell or give away any of your information. We do not keep any credit
card information for future purchases.
